  13. should I touch the pc keyboard faceplate with my wrist or palm while typing a document, different things happen that I DO NOT want to happen. 1) it reduces the size of the font to the point I can’t read it. While typing a document, should my wrist or palm touch somewhere (I don’t know exactly where) it sometimes totally erases what I typed and nothing I know to do restores my writing. I WANT TO FIX THIS, ASAP!!

  21. On occassion we do something to cause the desktop to suddenly magnify like going from 100% to say 125%. We are in our late 60’s now and are not experts but also not novices either. To correct we do a shutdown and restart and all is fine again. This works but it would be better if we knew how to fix this without shutting down. Any ideas?
