2] Try another cable
The issue may be associated with the cable you use to connect your display. Use another cable and check if the issue persists.
3] Update your monitor firmware
An outdated monitor firmware can also cause such a problem. Update your monitor firmware.
The process to update a monitor’s firmware is different for different monitors. Hence, refer to the user manual of your monitor to know the correct way to install a firmware update.
4] Try a different display resolution and scaling
Change the display resolution and scaling to see which setting resolves the issue. Follow these steps:

- Expand the Display adapters branch.
- Right-click on the graphics card driver and select Properties.
- Go to the Driver tab and see if the Roll Back Driver button is clickable. If yes, click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to install another earlier version of your graphics card driver.
If the Roll Back Driver button is greyed out, you can try other ways to install the earlier version of your graphics card driver.
If the rollback driver does not work, reinstall it. Visit the official website of your computer manufacturer and download the latest version of the graphics card driver.
