Something happened on our end or went wrong
1] First and foremost make sure that you have installed all the Windows Updates for your Windows 10 operating system and that you have the latest version of the Windows Store on your computer.
You can do so via Settings > Windows Update & security settings > Windows Update. Click on Check for Updates to manually check, download and install the updates.
2] If you are using a VPN software, disable it and try. Try the same by temporarily disabling your security software and see if it helps.

4] Check & match your Clock, Language and Region settings in the Control Panel.
- Is your date set correctly?
- Is your Home Location set correctly?
- Is your System Locale matching to your Region?
- Is the Date format matching with your Language?
