Microsoft GIF Animator is a computer software program which first came included with Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95, to create simple animated GIF files.
It was also bundled with Microsoft Image Composer and Microsoft FrontPage. While it is now no longer available for download from the Microsoft sites, you can download it from 3rd party sites.
Microsoft GIF Animator, lets you can create animated GIF files easily. Animated GIF files are those which contain one or more images, which display sequentially to give the effect of an animation.
You can drag and drop or select multiple GIF files and then select the effects you want, set delay duration to each frame, etc. Animations can be looped, spun, and faded in and out.
