Would you happen to know offhand if people who join the Insider program now that Windows 10 has been released will have the option to be either on the Fast or Slow ring, or will there just be one?

  2. If you have installed Windows final now, you will not get Insider Builds. You can at most Defer updates. If you wish to, you will have to again click on the Get Insider builds button.

  3. Eternal Optimist

The offer to join the Insider Program is still being made available to those who have installed Windows 10 on or after July 29th in the Windows Update section of the Settings app. I also have the defer updates section available.
