3] Spam Reader
This one is awesome, and we say that because it takes a short while for it to scan thousands of emails within the Outlook client. Not only that, but Spam Reader can analyze your inbox to learn more about how you’re using it.
Depending on the messages you’ve set as spam and the ones you’ve clearly ticked as not spam, the tool will, over time, get an understanding of your usage and, as such, will never mark similar messages as dangerous in the future.
Just like MailWasher, Spam Reader also has both free and paid versions. Spam Reader free is an exciting anti-spam filter that scans your inbox very quickly and segregates all the spam emails present in your inbox. Spam Reader is compatible with Exchange, POP3, IMAP, and HTTP accounts.
Apart from the rapid scanning feature, you will also find that this anti-spam filter will accurately track and analyze your inbox in order to understand your usage. Spam Reader uses a unique technique to deal with potential spam emails. It uses a method popularly known as Sure/Not Sure method.
With the help of this method, Spam Reader generates a message as “Not Sure” for those emails which they cannot determine as spam or not. So, in that case, you can manually visit those emails and decide whether they are really spam or not.

This is extremely effective, and hence once you install this tool, it will stay in between your network connection and Microsoft Outlook, and will eventually catch all the spam before it goes to your inbox.
Its interface is very user-friendly, so you will be easily able to set up this tool. However, suppose you use an IMAP email account. In that case, it is essential to enter your email configuration inside the Spamihilator settings, which can sometimes be tricky to handle for a few users. But if you have a POP3 email account, then you don’t need to enter any email configuration, and hence you can set up this tool without much fuss.
Please note, Spamihilator hasn’t seen an update in quite a while, but the service is still in working condition, at least for now.
