1] Give Discord permission to access Microphone

Open Settings by Win + I.
Go to Privacy & security.
Click on Microphone.
Enable Let apps access your Microphone and then enable the toggle of Discord.

For Windows 10

Open Settings by Win + I.
Go to Privacy.
