Add or remove buttons to Edge toolbar
- Launch Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge Settings
- Select Appearance
- Under Customize toolbar section, you will see all these settings.
1] Favorite Button
The favorite button is used for creating bookmarks in the browser. This helps in keeping the most useful or most loved web pages accessible in just a click. It can also be done with the help of a simple shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+O.
2] History Button

Customize the appearance of Microsoft Edge browser
Other than shortcuts the customization can be done using Three dots available on the top right end of the browser window.
The Favorite, History, Collection, and Web capture buttons can also be added or removed by Clicking on Three dots at the top right of the page. Right-click on the customized button on the toolbar such as Favourite/ History/ Collection/ Web Capture and then choose hide or show in the toolbar. That’s it, you are done.

Open the Microsoft Edge Browser first, then go to the top right corner of the screen and select the three dots.
