Launch Settings by Win + I.
Click Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Change adapter options.

Go to Power Management, untick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power, and click Ok.

Now, retry connecting your computer to the Mobile Hotspot and see if the issue is fixed.

4] Reset DNS Cache, TCP/IP, and Winsock

If you are not able to fix the issue with these solutions, you can try flushing DNS Cache, resetting TCP/IP, and Winsock to fix the issue.

ipconfig /flushdns
