The troubleshooter will ask for your consent to run the automated test. Click Yes to continue.
The troubleshooter will start running. When prompted, select a Microsoft account, and wait a few minutes for the troubleshooting process to complete. The troubleshooter attempts to identify and fix sign-in issues associated with the selected account.
Once the troubleshooting process finishes, you will see a Success or a Failure message. If you see a Success message, verify if your sign-in issue was resolved.
If you see a Failure message, select Continue to proceed further.
Next, the troubleshooter will ask you to enter the email address or mobile phone number you’re trying to sign in with. It will then check the details you provide and tell you what you need to do if it detects a problem with your account. If it doesn’t detect any problem, it will guide you through how you can help yourself.
