IE Tweaker is a freeware app, released by my friend Raghu who runs IETips.net, a website dedicated to all things Internet Explorer. This app will help you to tweak  Internet Explorer & has over 90 tweaks and fixes for Internet Explorer.

While IE Tweaker has been tested on IE 8 & IE 7, it may work on earlier versions of Internet Explorer too, provided the corresponding feature set is available.
