1] Use the account that has an active subscription
You need to make sure you are using the account that has an active subscription to redeem the perks or benefits on your Windows 11/10 PC and then do the following:
- Logout from both the Xbox app and Microsoft Store.
- Next, reset the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app via Settings app.
- Next, clear the Microsoft Store cache.
