Most brands innovate and develop products based on their users’ feedback. As such, comments, suggestions or reactions play an important role in determining the acceptability of a product. Microsoft Office relies on this feature to a great extent. It helps the developers gain valuable insights and improve the utility of the apps furthermore. So, if you are trying to figure out a way to provide feedback about Office to Microsoft, here’s how it’s done!
Provide feedback about Office to Microsoft
For Microsoft, it doesn’t matter whether the reactions are good or bad, it follows a clear policy to accommodate all types of feedback. And the quickest route to get your comments to the company’s developers’ ears is right from within any Office app.
- Open an Office app.
- Choose the File menu.
- select Feedback option.
- Choose an appropriate reaction to provide your feedback.
Microsoft Office even encourages its users to provide their email address in case the company needs to contact the users for clarification. They read all feedback!
If you have a Microsoft Office subscription, launch an Office app.
From the Ribbon menu, select the ‘File’ menu.
Then, from the options displayed in the left sidebar, choose the ‘Feedback‘ option.
Now, choose an appropriate button and fill out the form.
When you click I have a suggestion, you will be directed to the UserVoice site, which makes it easy to see what others have suggested and vote for their ideas — or start your own. This is applicable for English language users. For all other languages, when you click I have a suggestion, you’ll see a form you can fill out.
Note: If the Feedback option is not visible to you, it means you’re using an older version of Office. We recommend you to upgrade Office to the latest version. For more information, you can visit the Office support page.
