For remote support we use ScreenConnect. Teamviewer is great for non-commercial use but is really pricey when using it for a business. ScreenConnect was a one-time purchase for us and had pretty much the same feature set as Teamviewer for remote control support.

  2. Another option is Ericom AccessNow, a pure HTML5 RDP client that enables users to connect to any RDP host, including Terminal Server (RDS Session Host), physical desktops or VDI virtual desktops – and run their applications and desktops in a browser.

Ericom‘s AccessNow does not require Java, Flash, Silverlight, ActiveX, or any other underlying technology to be installed on end-user devices – an HTML5 browser is all that is required.

It uses teamviewer connection instead of web connection. I have only browser is allowed. Other connections are blocked. Web connector is not working only through the web. Trash. This is fake function.
