2] Using Registry Editor

Registry Editor is a better option for customization as it has more options, however, the only caveat is that there is very little room for error. That is why we recommend you create a backup of your registries before using it to change your right-click option.
Once you have created a backup, open Registry Editor by searching it out of the Start Menu and go to the following location.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad
Look for RightClickZoneEnabled. If you can’t find the value, right-click on the PrecisionTouchPad key and select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name it RightClickZoneEnabled. Now, open the newly created DWORD value and set its Value data to 0 to disable the option.
To enable it, launch Registry Editor, go to the location mentioned earlier, open the RightClickZoneEnabled and just set the Value data to 1 or ffffffff.
