Microsoft has released a new DVD Player app for Windows 10. The new app which is dubbed as Windows DVD Player for Windows 10 allows anyone to easily watch their favorite DVDs. The app allows users to watch both commercial as well as homemade discs in the DVD-Video format.

Users who are upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional, Home Premium or Windows 8.1 with Media Center would get this application for free for a limited time as an automatic Windows Update. The Windows DVD Player app requires a DVD-capable optical drive in order to function. Those who are not in the advantage of getting this for free, can get this app via Windows Store on their Windows 10 machine which has been priced at $14.99 currently.

    Just get VLC Player – eiher “VLC for Windows Store”, or VLC Player desktop application. Desktop application will open ISOs (AKA DVD “backups”, such as those created with DVDShrink or AnyDVD) directly.

    VLC, KLITE CODEC with WMC…
    And what’s cool is that these free programs don’t have advertisements, track what you watch or share information.

    What drugs does the CEO of Microsoft use because I want in on them. They have to be good for this crap to exist.
