First, launch PowerPoint and click the New Slide option. Select the Blank Slide option; a blank slide will open on the right-hand side. Then select Insert from the ribbon, and choose Shapes. After having fixed the timing and type of animations to different shapes, it’s time to place all animations in a proper sequence. For this, Select ‘Animation Pane’ from ‘Advanced Animation’ section. A pane will appear in the extreme right-hand corner of your computer screen.
Select every animation heading, right-click the mouse button and choose ‘Start with Previous’ option.
For a richer experience, you can insert a short music clip that plays with the animation. To do so, go to the ribbon, choose the ‘Insert’ option, and in the upper right-hand corner, select ‘Audio’.
