If you’d like to check the activation type and status of your Microsoft Office 2010 installation, on your Windows, then you can do so as follows:

Open an command prompt with administrative privileges.

Type cd \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14 and hit enter to navigate to the Office14 folder

Next type: cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus and hit Enter.
