MailTag for Gmail offers email tracking, scheduling, and auto follow-up

  1. Looks good but I would rather have something that worked with a mail client, like Thunderbird. I used to use the free version of MSGTAG, until they tried to push everyone over to a paid version. I think it may well work differently as well. I note MailTag uses the time-honoured method of using an image but am I right in saying that if a client is used to read mail, rather than going to the G mail web page (something I only ever do to check spam and trash), it may well block the image by default? Correct me, of course, if I’m wrong, but doesn’t that then stop MailTag working properly?
