- On your Camera swipe down the main screen
- Go to Preference and select Connections
- Now tap on Reset Connections.

- Turn off your camera and press the Menu button to turn on the Status Screen
- Press the Menu button constantly till you get the option Connection Settings

- On your Camera, press and hold the settings button till you see the options WiFi Mode.

- Release the Power/ Mode button.
- In the Reset WiFi settings option, tap Reset

- Turn on the camera and pair the camera with the GoPro app on your device
- Launch the GoPro app on your device and go to Settings.
- Select the Camera INFO and click on the options Name
Now enter your new camera name and password. While setting the new camera name and new password ensure that it contains at least eight characters. The new password and name should not include any special characters or non-English characters. While creating a new name or password limit the characters to 0…9, A….Z, a…z,”-”, “@” or “_” and do not reuse the factory password.
