- Check if Xbox servers are down
- Switch your console to Offline Mode
- Remove and re-add your account
- Reboot your Xbox One and try again.
1] Check if Xbox servers are down
One of the first things you will want to accomplish here is to check the status of the Xbox Live servers. To do this, please fire up a web browser on your Windows 10 computer or mobile phone, and visit the Xbox Live server status page at XboxSupport, and that’s it.
2] Switch your console to Offline Mode

3] Remove and re-add your account
