- Launch Outlook
- Click the File tab
- On the backstage view, click Info
- Click the drop-down arrow of one of the notebooks settings
- Select Properties
- Change the Displayed name
- Change the Color
- Change the Location
- Click OK
Click the File tab on the menu bar.
