Microsoft by default has decided to display Windows PowerShell in the Windows 8.1 WinX Power Menu, although you can change it back to Command Prompt, if you wish. There are several files available for download. Visit Microsoft, click on the Download button, select the one’s you want and click files you need and click on Next to download them.
