How to hide the button that opens Microsoft Edge in Internet Explorer

    Another way: Internet Options -> Advanced -> Browsing settings -> Hide the button (next to the “New tab” button) that opens Microsoft Edge

    GAH!!! What is wrong with Microsoft! If I wanted to open Edge…I would have opened Edge. I don’t need a bloody tab to remind me that I can open Edge. For Cryin’ Out Loud!
    ok, I’m calm now that I found a way to make it go away. Thanks guys.

    and get rid of that stupid smiley face while your at it.
