TWC Forum used vBulletin 4 software. We did, multiple times, try to upgrade to vB5, but it did not go through successfully. The URLs changed completely and that was bad! Moreover, support for vBulletin 4 has ended and so from a security point of view, it was not a good idea to continue using it. To make things worse vB4 started giving logging problems as well as Database errors, and hence we decided to take down the forum. 
Before doing that we ported most of the, still relevant tips, fixes, and articles over to www.TheWindowsClub.com blog, and redirects have also be placed for the important posts.
Our freeware downloads will continue to be available at the same place. The Blog, News, and Reviews section, of course, continue to be there.
