My problem with my ACER Iconia W4 is that the touch screen calibration got screwed and I can't even turn on Bluetooth to connect to my keypad (dunno how Bluetooth got deactivated as well, I NEVER switch it off). So how does one do a hard reset without using the touch screen?

Try draining the battery completely. Some then say to wait a day or longer but mine worked after only a half an hour or so. My touchscreen issues have been intermittent and usually would work the next day or so on it's own. This time I tried the battery drain suggestion and got up and running in an hour.

In reply to <a href="https://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-laptop-surface-touch-screen-not-working#comment-44991">IGG lover</a>.

Check your driver in Device Manager, sometimes they get disabled. You will need to find the touch screen driver and enable it.

Hope that helps!
