on renaming ‘software’ i got the ‘the process cannot be accessed file because it is being accessed by another process’ thing.
I tried using installation media to do this as well, but to no avail. as well as this, it goes to X:WindowsSystem32config, instead of the C: drive, which my windows was installed on. trying to change the directory to the C: drive results in ‘the system cannot find the file specified’. Please help. I have many important files on here, nothing is working.
