Once I load a page on this site, *****STOP CONSTANTLY RELOADING IT*****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to highlight some information here, but *****EVERY TIME***** it reloads the page it drops to the botton and I have to try to relocate my information, at which point it will ****RELOAD AGAIN****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
