Yeah, I had a piece of ad ware named IncludeMaker from “Software Publisher” which was causing the rundll32 errors.. I’m surprised that Comodo Internet Security didn’t pick it out of the system like it usually does…

I found 2 installed files in my programs and features from the day before both from “Software Publisher”. ?????
1. Increment Instances
and
2. Supplements Pro
When I removed both of these it stopped.
