This looks like really good advice – but I would fall at the first hurdle which is: I have no idea what you mean by the last two words in this statement.

” You could retrieve it by running the following command in “an ELEVATED CMD”

Is this referring to the old “run” command? If so, I have no idea where that has gone to in Windows 10.
