i am not a computer savvy person, my computer crashed with a blue screen saying it was collecting details... and i am like ... "screw the details" and pressed power until the computer shut off... since it had an update notice it attempted to do the update and when was finished it attempted to apply the changes...which it failed and i got the blue screen above, i let it loop 3x and since i dont know short cuts and have no other means to seek detailed computer commands i press and held power again, and turned it back on, it did the blue screen once and then started normally after if fixed the errors, no idea if its making my system more unstable or what but lately i've had allot of issues with games closing on their own, and the blue screen gathering crash information when the entire operating system crashes...has happened several times this month... what is going on?
