Microsoft has released the Vietnamese Language Interface Pack (LIP) for Windows 7, and is now available for download.

In case you do not know, there are two types of language files:

1. Windows 7 Language Interface Packs (LIPs) : Windows 7 LIPs provide a translated version of the most widely used areas of the user interface. LIPs are freely available to download.
2. Windows 7 Language Packs : Windows 7 language packs provide a translated version of most of the user interface. Language packs require a license and are available only in Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Enterprise.

To install this Language Interface Pack (LIP), double-click the file to open the setup program.

Please note that the Vietnamese Windows 7 LIP can only be installed on a system that runs an English version of Windows 7.
