After upgrading an HP 2540p from Win10 Pro 1709 to 1803, everything is just a mess.
All used to work just fine on 1709, but now, the TPM report "not ready" when using Clear-Tpm, the fingerprint sensor fails, Hello is disabled, the 3G modem no longer initializes, the mouspad goes crasy randomly. How come a windows update makes my system useless? And I never initiated that update! It was just thrown at me.
