Bullshit!
Most of the aps cannot uninstall.
I wish that I could have Windows back when it was an operation system where apps were programs that I should install if I wanted them and Windows were not some spying tool.
It is a pain in the neck to get rid of all the bloatware: Cortana, Windows Store just to mention some of the worst. It is easier to get rid of the cloud (onedrive) than the Edge browser that will not let you install ABP and block social media's ikon spying. Renaming and take ownership is rather stupid to have to spend time on but unfortunately necessary.
I do not have Facebook, never had that spam app and still that horrible thing that should never have been allowed on the web is spying whenever I am unfortunate enough to land on a web site that has the stupid anti-social media spying ikons on them.
Windows used to be great, not it is tolerable and just because some programs will not run unless you have either Windows or Mac IOS on your computer. Unfortunately Linux is not fully functioning with programs written for Windows.
