Okay so i have been trying to hotmail account back up and running but microsoft wont let me because i cant remember enough information to prove that it is my account. The reason this happened is because i logged into it on a different computer while i was already loged into it on another computer which i dont have anymore. I really need my account back. And i dont remember the alternate email i put on my account or the number. But the hotmail is under my facebook. That should be enough information right there. I need help

Any hints on how to recover my hotmail account when 2 step verification has been turned on? I’ve followed all of the prompts, but at the end of it all it still says I can’t access or recover because of the 2 step verification.

I have some issue with outlook email account
recently purchased new laptop and i have made email id to access laptop and Microsoft office on name of destinationenterprises@outlook.com But unfortunately i forgot the password and after attempting recovery to many times also submit the detail of card from which i purchased laptop they still not rejecting request to access my account and now they demand 1999/- payment to use the same account
Please help me regarding this.

Are you suggesting me to give them phone number? They suspend my account for no reason and I should reward them with giving them a piece of my private information? The best suggestion you could give is to quit using microsoft products forever, password always worked as a security barrier for me, never needed the extra “security” features offered by microsoft/facebook and the likes.
