Even after turning this off in the Onedrive client, it keeps coming back after reboots. Is there a way to disable this via the registry or elsewhere?

Long ago (XP?) I had a screen-capture tool which was invoked by the PrtScr key. The program I have now uses a [hard coded!] 3-key “hotkey” combination. Bah.
