Download Starbucks for Outlook Add-in

Discussing business work or important deals in public, especially at coffee shops is common these days. Microsoft has come up with a unique approach to forge relationships over a cup of coffee. Microsoft has joined hands with Starbucks to develop Starbucks for Outlook add-in that would allow Outlook users to send gift cards and book meetings inside Outlook and help them build strong relationships.

Starbucks for Outlook add-in intends to make your business meetings more personal and productive. All you need to do is install the add-in and connect to a Starbucks account. Once this is done, Outlook will make it easier for you to establish a personal connection by enabling you to meet your customers, business partners or study group at your favorite Starbucks location, all with a few clicks from your Outlook inbox. To do so, simply hit the “Meet at Starbucks” command visible under the ribbon.

When you want to create a new meeting request, search for your favorite Starbucks store, and add it as the location for your upcoming meeting.

The Starbucks for Outlook add-in is available as a free download from the Office Store for new users. Besides, it is also available for Outlook on the web users with Office 365 or Exchange 2013 or Exchange 2016 mailboxes.

Please note that If you are using Exchange 2016 or Exchange 2013 on premise, follow these steps to successfully complete the installation of the add-in:

In Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016, click Store from the Home tab on the ribbon. In Outlook on the web find the gear icon, click it and select ‘Manage Add-ins’.Then, type in “Starbucks” in the search bar on the top right.

Then, type in “Starbucks” in the search bar on the top right.

When the search results return with the “Starbucks for Outlook” add-in, set the toggle to “on” to install the add-in.

When done, the add-in should appear in the command bar ribbon on the top.
