When creating a new archive, there’s an option to split the file into segments of whatever size you wish. WinRAR also provides for creating self-extracting segmented archives, not sure if WinZIP does. I don’t know if the freeware 7Zip provides this capability, as I’ve never tried it, and don’t have it installed right now, but it’s something to try out. //Steve//
