I guess he is talking about fragmentation issues of Windows 10. Some users will receive updates sooner because they installed Windows earlier than others. The late batch will have to wait for the updates for an unknown period of time and will be left behind. Just like 8.1 where some have Get Windows 10 App and others are still waiting for it.
There is no way one can force all updates at once on Windows 10. They will be delivered based on how long the user has used Windows 10 and the availability of updates in the vicinity. Not all updates will come directly from Windows Update as Microsoft plans to use volunteer computers to update the late batch.

This doesn't sound like a well researched and unbiased opinion. "You should use windows 10 because then you will get used to using windows 10" - one could apply that argument to any other operating system and it still wouldn't be a good reason to use it.

I am looking forwards to Windows 10 but will not be updatingupgrading for a couple of months. This will be to wait and see what, if any, glitchesproblems show up period.

I also want to wait see if it will be possible to Dual Boot as it seems, at the moment, this will not be a straight forward process as it is at the moment or if it will be possible. Though I think MS would be in trouble if they stopped folks from doing so. So I suppose the question should be "Will they make it easy to dual boot?"

Also what will happen to existing dual boot's [one of my own PC's is permanantly with dual boot and two other folks also run dual boot - one with Linux and the other with Vista]. Will they still work? So this waiting period will be essential for myself and other folks.
