Thanks, I found the same here & deleting it cured the problem. I noticed the tab had gone after the april update too, wtf microsoft?

I found {f81e9010-6ea4-11ce-a7ff-00aa003ca9f6} was being blocked…I have no idea how that happened, but it was after the Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 1803 (April Feature) Update.
