A does not have WMP and simply shares raw music files using Windows Network. B has WMP and sharing its library. C has WMP and connects to B’s shared library.

I added that registry value to B. It does not work. C still only displays B’s local music files, not the files from A. Need more detailed explanation for:

“For adding network locations to a library, they must normally either be indexed remotely or made available offline.”: What exactly am I supposed to do? Do I need to enable some kind of indexing on A? How?

“Do note the computer that contains the library should have remote content sharing enabled.” simply means that I need to add the registry value to B, not A or C?
