So, what the above mentioned tools do is an add on to what services.msc does or separate all together. For e.g. If I used Services.msc to set up delayed start for X number of items, then would your tools recognize and list them and allow me to just add DIFFERENT time values for each? Do they have information overlap.. in registry or somewhere else?

That lets you delay the service, but you cannot set the time of delay.

Al the mentioned tools to speed-up Wins boot are very good but you forgot to mention SOLUTO. I consider Soluto much easier and has much more features than the rest. Maybe you should take a look at it. I have been a SOLUTO user for over 2 years and yet to say anything negative about it. It's a free tool so you can try it out and judge for yourself. I am glad to have found SOULTO which has brought down my boot time from 1 minute 19 seconds to 31 seconds. I t does an excellent job and the free version has more than enough features to satisfy the average user. You can get it HERE >>> http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/soluto.html
