					<description><![CDATA[I am having issues with a couple  programs on my start menu (whether pinned or not),   Steam and Remote desktop Connection, their &#039;Recent&#039; sub menus, nothing in those submenus for those two programs work.   I can run those submenu items if i go into All programs and go into the folder and run it. but nothing at all happens when clicking on them in their &#039;recent&#039; sub-menu.  For example,    they run fine when running them from here:

but nothing happens (not even a circle &#039;waiting&#039; icon on the mouse) when trying to run from here:
