This did not work for me and it can’t work. In fact, as the picture on the post explains, “NOT CONFIGURED” (default) or “DISABLED” have the same behaviour.
@Rose: nothing personal, but I don’t believe you.

Thank you for this! Worked perfectly for me! Ran the regedit and changed the data field to 0 before finishing with a simple restart. All is well again.
