Click on the link from teacher and it just stays in the loading mode with swirling circle. Any suggestions. It works on iPhone and desktop computer but not laptop. Office 2016.

If the OneNote Windows Store app is not working on your Windows 10 PC, then you may uninstall using our 10AppsManager for Windows 10. Once done, you may install it again by searching for it in the Windows Store.

There is also an option to reset the app in Creators Update.
Go to Windows settings (Win+I) -> Apps -> OneNote -> Advanced Options.
