I use slickrun which has a built-in notepad utility called slickjot.

Before moving to Windows 10, Winkey + J used to pull up slickjot.. but not anymore.

There’s no response to the combo.

(But the list of key combos doesn’t even mention Winkey + J at all, so confused as to even tell windows not to assign it)
