@buzzbomb — NetAdapter Repair All In One is a portable application that does not require installation or uninstallation.

If you don’t wish to keep the program, just delete the file from the location that you had previously saved it to. The default filename is NetAdapterRepair1.2.exe.

And if you had clicked on the EXE at least once (regardless of whether you actually used any of its functions or not), the program would have generated a TXT log within the same folder as the EXE file. You might wish to delete the log file(s) as well.
