I have had this problem for a while – whenever I would let the computer sit for 20-30 minutes and then return, the cursor would be gone – today I found a solution (annoying as it is): Enable the cursor trail, and it will stay visable.

If you have a touchscreen monitor or laptop, you can keep using your Windows PC without a mouse or keyboard, and it also makes troubleshooting easier. If you do not have touchscreen monitor or Windows PC, and your mouse and your keyboard have stopped working in Windows 10, it makes things a bit difficult."

This is stupid, you can’t click on or do anything without your curser, which means you can’t do any of the above! Can’t even click on settings!
