					<description><![CDATA[Lavish, in your first paragraph, you indicated this can be achieved by &#039;wired connection&#039; as well as wireless. I travel a lot and cannot rely on secure wifi, so I need a wired solution. Please let me know if there&#039;s a way I can achieve this *without* an ethernet connection as neither of my laptops have it (Dell XPS + Surface Pro 4). 
I&#039;ve attempted using Spacedesk for over a year now with a usb-to-ethernet-to-usb connection setup for a work-around but it&#039;s not reliable enough. I&#039;d LOVE to be able to do this directly with USB or HDMI!
