Microsoft workers perform a rendition of Thriller at iPhones & Blackberrys mock funeral

Microsoft workers are already betting that Windows Phone 7 will beat the competition! At Microsoft’s Redmond campus on Friday, they celebrated the release to manufacturing of Windows Phone 7, by parading with fake hearses of iPhone and BlackBerry.

Microsoft staff dressed up in fancy dress and  modified cars to include Windows Phone branding, and danced on the Thriller number.

Check out the video.

Windows Phone 7 is reportedly set to launch on October 11, 2010.

Interestingly Google’s Android was not included!

Holding a funeral for iPhone and Blackberry before selling even a single Windows Phone 7 is lame!

Not lame, just shows Micosoft has the best coming! As usual, they aren’t no.1 for nothing. They know a winner when they have one. I think they are fantastice to get out and support their company like that. Wouldn’t it be great for all of us to work at a place we could be proud of and do these things. Wow.
